Eavestrough cleaning begins at $50 for small cottages, and is priced competitively (and fairly) from there, based on the size and style of your home/cottage.  Book for service in April, and receive 10% off your total, before taxes.

Winter Services Update

While the start of winter has been gentle (ever thankful!), we expect the snow to arrive soon enough, and possibly with a vengeance!

We remain unable to accept new subscriber snow clearing clientele, but may be able to assist Interlake area cottage owners with occasional, non-urgent services on request. If you’re wanting a few snow clearings completed this season, prior to a planned visit, and are able to allow us some time to coordinate getting to you, we’d love to clear the way to some winter enjoyment of the cottage!

As we get closer and closer to our lawn and yard services season wrap up, we wanted to thank our ever increasing circle of clientele for a wonderful summer in 2016. It’s been an absolute pleasure, and we look forward to seeing you all, alongside some new faces, in 2017!

For visitors to our website not yet on our summer service rotation, call us anytime to confirm your interest for 2017. Early birds always receive some discounts that could make our already affordable services even more so!

For visitors exploring winter snow removal services, we are afraid that we cannot accept any further clientele at this time. Should that shift at any point in the season we’ll post it here.

Snowy Days Ahead – Become a Snow Clearing Subscriber

Interlake Property Services is currently accepting new customers for the 2014/15 snow clearing season. Call (204) 996-6011, or register via our contact page. Subscribed snow clearing clients receive:

  • service anytime more than 5 cm of snow falls
  • clearing begins no later than 24 hours after snow ending, usually same day, or the following morning
  • low monthly rates, regardless of how often it snows
  • individual rates assessed based on your needs, driveway only rates, full service rates, etc.
  • full service snow clearing includes walkways and driveways, salt on steps, etc.
  • additional services, or one time visits on request
